Position Description

Trinity Christian School is in search of an Elementary School Principal with classroom and administrative experience.

The mission of Trinity Christian School is to provide a quality Christian education for the children of believing parents of our community from Kindergarten to twelfth grade. This education will emphasize that God is to be glorified in all aspects of our lives. All subjects will be taught from a Reformed Biblical perspective that honors our Triune God as creator, redeemer, and sanctifier. Our goal is to equip our students to fulfill their calling in family, church, and society in a way pleasing to their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Position Overview:

The Elementary Principal provides leadership to over 25 faculty and staff and approximately 240 students in grades K-6 in support of the School’s mission. This leader understands and enthusiastically supports the Trinity’s mission and commitment to classical Christian pedagogy. The Elementary Principal is a salaried position that is full-time and reports directly to the Head of School.

Qualifications:

• Masters in education, curriculum, or related degree
• Experience in classical Christian education preferred and a strong understanding of Christian worldview integration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• In agreement with Trinity Christian School’s (TCS) Statement of Faith, mission, and values.
• Active member/regular attendee of a reformed-aligned church.
• A servant-leader whose conduct exemplifies Biblical principles, personal integrity, and professionalism.
• Reports to the Head of School.
• Salary: $60,000 – 70,000 depending on experience
