Music Teacher 

Trinity Classical School is seeking a full-time Music Teacher with a strong foundation in music theory and choral instruction, and a passion for leading students to worship the Lord through song. We believe that a singing school is a joyful school. Key Responsibilities:

• Disciple students as they grow in musical knowledge and love for God
• Use the Kodály method to develop music curricula and train musical literacy
• Teach the fundamentals of music: singing, reading, writing, and listening
• Foster a love of beautiful music and inspire wonder at God’s creation
• Cultivate a school-wide culture of singing through choir and communal music
• Prepare students for performances, school events, and worship gatherings
• Build toward an auditioned advanced choir for older students
• Engage students through joyful, play-based learning and collaborative activities
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues
• Provide timely feedback on student progress and musical development

• A heart for the gospel and a love for children
• A strong foundation in music theory and choral training
• A desire to disciple and equip the next generation
• Intuitive, joyful, and flexible classroom leadership
• A commitment to professional growth and collaboration
• Experience with or willingness to train in the Kodály method
• Warm, clear communication with families and fellow staff
