Position Description

Veritas Academy, located in southeast PA, is seeking a Grammar School Principal for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a new position in our growing school.

Our Grammar School Principal will

• Be responsible to support the teachers and students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.
• Represent the interests, needs, and concerns of the Grammar School to the school Principal.
• Oversee the professional development of faculty, manage the curriculum, and communicate with parents.

Preferred candidates have

• A Master’s degree (Bachelor’s required) and
• Experience teaching at the Grammar level in a classical school.

Successful candidates display

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Mastery of classical school pedagogy.
• A desire to provide spiritual leadership.
• Effective communication skills.
• An interest in helping faculty grow and develop.
• Commitment to supporting and teaching Grammar school students.
