Position Description

Westminster Academy, a classical Christian school located in Tampa, FL, has an immediate opening for a full time administrative assistant. The administrative assistant is an energetic professional who manages the school office by answering the phones, greeting visitors, interacting with parents, teachers, and students, and completing other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. This candidate will demonstrate an ability to work independently, strong organization and communication skills, flexibility, and joy in the administrative challenges of supporting a busy, fast-paced office. The ideal candidate will also possess some familiarity with the mission of classical Christian education.
