Upper Elementary Classroom Teacher

Position Description

We seek a dynamic educator to join our faculty as we come alongside parents to raise their children to be all that God desires.  The teacher will be responsible as a godly role model to instruct young children according to a biblical worldview and classical methodology, for which we provide on-going training and a mentor teacher.  Our teachers enjoy children while inspiring them to high standards and the pursuit of genuine Christian faith. This teacher will collaborate with another teacher and be part of an experienced team. The exact teaching position is unknown at this time, but it will be either grade 3, 4, 5, or 6. We have two classes per grade level. Class size at WCA averages 16 students and parents are truly partners.
