How to See a Lesson: Dr. Schlect will lead the Head of School track in the observation, evaluation, and coaching of several abbreviated lessons taught by current ACCS teachers. Each of the three sessions in this track will last 90-minutes and allow for learning through observation and Socratic discussion.

This 90-minute session will lead you to understand how to identify and avoid common mistakes that well intended board members often make.

During this 90-minute session there will be roundtable discussions and Q and A to ensure school leaders learn, grow, and go home as stronger leaders.

Seven Responsibilities of a Christian School Board: Master the foundational responsibilities of a school board through lessons, roundtable discussions, and self-evaluation worksheets.
