We achieve this by using the classic and proven tools of the seven liberal arts.

As a close-knit, evangelical community we aim to uphold the historic Christian faith and to hold the beauty of the Triune God in the center of everything we do. We seek to provide a context and foundation for our students, parents, and teachers to love Christ, his teachings, and his Church.

Aquidneck Island Christian Academy enjoys participating with the community in a variety ways including partnering with the local Garden Club, Boy Scouts, and other local groups in the use of the historical Cogshell Building on East Main Road. AICA is one of only a few evangelical Christian schools in RI and to that end we have a special relationship with many local churches.

We are the only classical Christian school in Rhode Island. Located on historic Aquidneck Island we serve families in Newport, Middletown, Portmouth, Jamestown, Little Compton, Bristol, Tiverton and beyond. Locals, as well as our many military families, enjoy a variety of marine activities such as surfing, fishing, and boating as well as the cultural offerings of nearby Providence, RI and Boston, MA.
