We are a classical Christian school that trains students to build critical thinking skills, discern God's Truth in the world around them, and become persuasive communicators. As a discipleship school we seek to strengthen the biblical foundation children receive at home and in church.

Mission The mission of Summit Christian Academy is to partner with parents to educate and disciple young men and women through a Christian and classical education.

We are a school founded on and strengthened by the practical application of prayer. Our school family seek The Lord in prayer in weekly prayer groups, morning teacher and staff devotions, special evening events, before athletic competitions, in classrooms, and spontaneously around both campuses. We are celebrating our 20th anniversary, Catch the Vision 1996-2016, remembering all that God has accomplished at our school, thanking Him for what He's doing, and seeking His guidance for the next twenty years.

Summit Christian Academy is a classical discipleship school that partners with parents in the academic and spiritual development of their child. Our school families live in Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, Williamsburg, Gloucester, Suffolk, and Smithfield communities.
