About Our School Program

Carved into the stone of our upper school building are words from classical history, "A good man speaking well." Regents teaches the skills of critical thinking, collaboration and communication helping students to learn well, think well and speak well. From our science and nature center to Harkness table discussions, from service projects to our senior thesis, from formal argumentation classes to our field trip to Europe, from Fine Arts awards to multiple athletic State Championships, the classical, Christian education at Regents brings challenge, joy, service and community. It is a place to thrive

About Our Community & Mission

Regents' faculty and staff in cooperation with parents seek to train students for the future and embrace their current journeys. We laugh, cry and labor with students as we enjoy life together, under the school's mission "to provide a classical and Christian education founded upon and informed by a Christian worldview, that equips student to know, love and practice that which is true, good and beautiful, and challenges them to strive for excellence as they live purposefully and intelligently in service to God and man."

What We Are Known For In The Community

In the city of Austin, Regents has a reputation of outstanding academics and a loving Christian environment. When inquirers are asked how they learned about the school, most of the time they say that they met a student from Regents and were impressed the student's manners and ability to speak well. These community opportunities are encouraged through our Ministerium programs at all grade-levels, where student engage in real, hands-on service to those in need, without expecting recognition in exchange. The best community attended event of the year is the presentation of the Senior Theses. This event attracts local leadership from businesses, churches and community programgs

About The Area We Serve

Regents School of Austin's 82 acre campus nestled in the southwest corner of Austin, Texas, just off Southwest Parkway provides a panoramic view of the Austin skyline and the gateway to the Texas Hill Country. This area affords faculty, students, and families the opportunity to investigate God's beautiful gifts hiking nearby greenbelts, canoeing waterways, as well as enjoying the beauty of Texas bluebonnets in the spring. Many nearby universities, including the University of Texas, offer a wide range of learning opportunities for the Regents community.
