Our passion is to spread a love for what lasts to the next generation. Teaching candidates should embody our Core Virtues of agape (intentional shepherd), arete (skillful instructor) and fortitudo (partnering professional). In addition, they should be equipped to fulfill our Essential Expectations and the specifics of their teaching role with enthusiasm and excellence.
