Full-Time Director of Admissions

Lead and oversee the admissions process—from initial inquiry to matriculation. The director will utilize the FACTS Application and Enrollment platform to ensure a seamless, efficient, and personalized admissions experience for prospective and returning families. Work with the Business Manager to maintain the FACTS databases. Report to and work with the Head of School to engage prospective families through tours, open houses, community events, website, and communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: BA/BS strongly preferred but not required
• Spiritually vibrant Christian displaying Christ-centered servant leadership that integrates faith and work in a spirit of humility
• Demonstrates self-awareness, thirst for learning, and openness to professional growth
• Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills
• Contributes to a culture of respect and collaboration among colleagues
• Knowledge of classical Christian Education is preferred
• Expertise and experience in admissions preferred
• Extroverted and engaging with prospective families and students
• Detail oriented
• Excellent time and calendar management skills

Salary Estimate: $50,000-$75,000. The estimate represents the typical salary range of candidates hired. Factors that may be used to determine actual salary include the candidate’s education, years of experience in classical Christian education, and specific skills compared to other employees already in the role. Most candidates start in the bottom half of the range.
