Position Description
The Logic School Lead Administrator serves as the primary leader for our 7th–8th grade program, helping cultivate a Christ-centered culture of order, prayer, and joyful learning within a classical Christian environment. This position combines part-time teaching with administrative leadership, supporting students, faculty, and families through strong communication, consistent expectations, and daily campus oversight.
Responsibilities include leading morning prayer and student matins, overseeing discipline and the house system, monitoring lesson plans and gradebooks, coordinating schedules and campus routines, managing parent and faculty communication, supervising student transitions, and supporting academic systems and events throughout the year. The Upper School Lead works closely with administration and faculty to ensure excellence in both student formation and operational organization.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate a commitment to classical Christian education, strong organizational and relational skills, and the ability to lead with clarity, humility, and grace.
