Trinity is a hybrid model, private K-12 classical Christian school that serves families in Camden, Gloucester, and Burlington counties of New Jersey. Trinity offers excellence in classical education by exemplifying and encouraging a love for learning–one that is pleasantly rigorous, and that nurtures students to be competent, lifelong self-learners for the glory of God. Students at Trinity meet in-person on MWF, and work from home on T/Th.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented grammar school teacher (K-5) to join our hybrid community on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from September through May. Candidate must be a born again believer who lives according to the Word of God, serves in his/her local evangelical church, is in agreement with our statement of faith, and is capable of creating a classroom learning environment that is exciting and engaging for students. Preference will be given to an innovative Christian teacher who is committed to working hard and helping to point our students to Christ in word and deed. Having an understanding of Classical Christian Education is a plus, as well!

Responsibilities:

Teach grade appropriate curriculum using inspiring and classical techniques.
Manage a classroom of 10-14 students.
Post assignments for at-home school days in a timely manner.
Communicate graciously and regularly with parents.
Manage the grade book efficiently and generate quarterly report cards.
Demonstrate and model Christian values and worldview to students at all times.

Minimum starting salary: $21,800
